Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure that your experience is seamless from the moment you place your order to when you receive it. Below are our shipping policies:

1. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days. Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days. Additional fees apply.
  • International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside of the United States, but hope to expand in the near future.  Please check back for updates about international shipping!

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we anticipate a delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s tracking page.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States only but hope to expand internationally in the near future.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at azaleadesignstudios@gmail.com within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
